Cells used:	Human NK cells and monocytes
Brief Protocol:	It works well and with no background under the recommended volume and after using Fc-block incubation of 30 min.
Results Summary:	CD16+ NK cells are distinguishable with no problems from CD16bright cells when using this antibody.
