Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA
Cells used:	Mouse serum
Brief Protocol:	Mice were immunized with Pseudoviruses 2 times at 2 week intervals. Two weeks after, serum was collected and tested for anti-L1 antibody responses by ELISA.
Results Summary:	Anti-L1 serum IgG antibody responses were found after immunization.
Additional Notes:	The detecting antibody is sensitive and does not have non-specific responses.
