Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mtb-infected B6 mice spleen, lymph node and lung cells
Brief Protocol:	I use 1:400 dilution in FcR block (2.4G2) sup. 50 ul [total volume] to stain 1 million cells for 30 min.
Results Summary:	Reliably,reproducibly stain cells well.
