Cells used:	JJN3, RPMI-8226 transfected with XBP1s-GFP
Brief Protocol:	XBP1s-GFP transfected cells immersion-fixed in 2% PFA 10 minutes at room temperature; cytospin onto slides; permeabilize with 0.5% Triton X-100 for 5 minutes at room temperature; wash 3X with PBS; block 10% donkey serum/PBS for 1 hour at room temperature; 1/100 dilution of 647502 overnight @ 4 degrees C; wash 3X with PBS; 1/1000 dilution of donkey F(ab')2 anti-mouse IgG (H+L) Alexa Fluor 647 (Abcam) 1 hour at room temperature; wash 5X with PBS; mount DAPI/Vectashield
Results Summary:	Specific staining of XBP1s in XBP1s-GFP transfected cells.
