Antibody staining for memory T cells doesn't seem to work.

Experimental Design

Application:	flow cytometry
Cells used:	human tumor infiltrate
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension was plated in 96-well plate at 2-4 million cells/ well. Antibody was added in proper flow buffer at 1:100 for 30 minutes in the dark at 4 degrees Celsius. Used in conjunction with anti-human CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25 to parse out CD4 and CD8 T cells, activated and memory from naive T cells.
Results Summary:	Did not see any staining, saw this repeated in multiple samples, must be an artifact of the antibody.
