Cells used:	mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Permeablize/fix cells in suitable buffer (e.g., the Intracellular Staining Perm Wash Buffer) followed by intracellular staining in staining buffer with recommended dilution of Abs.
Results Summary:	Stains consistently, not as bright as other fluorophores.
