APC anti-mouse/human IL-5 - Stains IL-5+ Cells Very Well

Highly recommend for detecting IL-5+ cells by flow cytometry.

Experimental Design

Application:	Intracellular flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse lung cells
Brief Protocol:	Mouse lung cells were stained with a viability dye and fixed with 2% PFA. Fixed cells were permeabilized and stained with APC anti-IL-5 along with lineage markers. Cells were acquired using BD Fortessa.
Results Summary:	Cells secreting IL-5 were easily identifiable using this antibody.
