This antibody works on frozen section from brain tissue fixed with 4% PFA for 24h. Reliable IF signal can be detected with confocal.Tried DAB IHC staining as well, but it has relatively strong background shown in WT mice.

Cells used:	Frozen brain tissue with 4% PFA fixation for 24h
Brief Protocol:	Block frozen section with 20% goat serum Applied Cre Ab 1:300 in 10% goat serum + 0.3% Triton 4 degree C overnight Goat Anti-Rabbit 2nd Ab in 10% goat serum + 0.3% Triton 4 degree C overnight Coverslip
Results Summary:	Got specific signal.
Additional Notes:	Has background in DAB IHC staining in WT mice.
