A well distinguishable signal was received staining human PBMCs.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Human PBMCs were isolated from an EDTA blood sample via density gradient centrifugation. 1 x 10^6 Cells were stained on ice in the dark for 30 min. Cells were spun down, taken up in 200 µl FC-buffer (1 x PBS + 1 mM EDTA + 2 % FCS) and analysed in a Beckman Coulter CytoFlex.
Results Summary:	A clear positive CD45 staining was seen. As expected for PBMCs, almost all cells were leucocyte marker (CD45) positive.
