Cells used:	Macrophages
Brief Protocol:	The antibody should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C. Diluted CD62L was used to incubate the membrane overnight or even 24 hours at most.
Results Summary:	Protein levels of CD62L were detected easily.
Additional Notes:	Be careful and correctly follow the provided procedure otherwise it could not work.
