Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Supernatant from stimulated and unstimulated bone marrow mouse cells
Brief Protocol:	1 ml supernatant from bone marrow of mice of interest has been stained with the beads and detection antibodies according manual. Samples have been measured by flow cytometry and analyzed with LegendPlex software.
Results Summary:	13 proinflammatory cytokines were possible to detect simultaneously.
Additional Notes:	Small volume of sample required is beneficial. Very easy to use.
