Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human primary PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspensions of human PBMCs were blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-human CD45RA Antibody antibody (2.5ug) in FACS buffer for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Was able to detect CD45RA+ popluation in human PBMC
