CD8 BV650 antibody is a very bright and strong antibody to detect CD8 T cells in various organs.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	T Cells
Brief Protocol:	I isolated lymphocytes from spleen and lymph nodes from an adoptive transfer experiment. I stimulated the T cells for cytokine production.
Results Summary:	I was able to use this antibody to detect CD8 T cells. The flourphore is very bright and can use a very diluted amount to detect cells with good separation.
