APC anti-human CD117 (c-kit) had good separation.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	NHP iPSC derived hematopoietic progenitors
Brief Protocol:	NHP iPSC derived HPs were stained with CD117 APC antibody to check for c-Kit expression. The cells were stained with antibody for 15 mins and then analysed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Good separation.
