Works well in my staining panel, happy with product and purchase.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	murine lung
Brief Protocol:	Isolated cells from lungs by gentleMACS (with Liberase and DNAse), wash, lyse RBC by hypotonic lysis, wash and stain at 1:200 (4C, 20 min, with Fc Block). Wash and analyze on Pacific Blue channel on CantoII cytometer. Worked with fixed and unfixed cells.
Results Summary:	Great staining, happy overall with the product.
Additional Notes:	I've done multiple stainings with the Ab and its been great. However, one run I didn't see as much signal from this Ab, which is possibly because my laser wasn't set properly. The image attached is from the "bad" run, but I still see a clear population so its not a major concern. But still, I had issues, whereas some antibodies I've never had any problems, so I took off one star for that. Overall though, I would buy the antibody again without hesitation.
