Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Purified splenic and brain cells
Brief Protocol:	Collect cells through a cell strainer. Isolate granulocytes via percoll gradient. Kill RBCs using ammonium chloride. Wash cells and stain on ice 30minutes in PBS/NaZ/FBS buffer. Wash and sort.
Results Summary:	Clear staining with this antibody.
