Anti-CD29 FITC works well on mouse bone marrow.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow
Brief Protocol:	Bone marrow was flushed from femurs and tibiae with PBS/2%FBS through a 27 gauge needle and a 40uM strainer. Cells were washed, counted, and stained for 15 minutes at room temperature with the recommended dilution of anti-CD29 FITC. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	CD29 staining was excellent (filled histogram), as compared to unstained cells (dotted line).
