Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Purified human CD4 T cells
Brief Protocol:	Follow BioLegend protocol as described, but down-scale to half number of cells and reagent volumes. All buffers were from BioLegend. Stimulation was performed for 15 min on 96 well-U bottom plates coated with aCD3 and aCD28 antibodies.
Results Summary:	Excellent pERK staining.
Additional Notes:	I used isotype control from BioLegend and unstimulated cells. No background detected.
