Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Primary mouse fetal liver cells
Brief Protocol:	Fetal liver cells were isolated from E day 14 mice and stained in PBS +2%FCS with the antibody and incubated on ice in the dark for 30 min on a mild shaker. Cells were then washed once in PBS+2%FCS and stained.
Results Summary:	Sca-1 is expressed on primary mouse fetal liver HSC and progenitors.
