Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human lung cancer single-cell homogenate
Brief Protocol:	After obtaining a single-cell suspension, place an aliquot of cells (~300,000) into a FACS tube, add 2.5-5uL of the antibody, place on ice for 30 minutes, wash and then resuspend, ready for flow cytometric analysis.
Results Summary:	Two clear peaks are seen: CD45+ cells are the leukocytes, CD45- events are all the non-leukocyte cells.
Additional Notes:	Great antibody, good price, good results.
