Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Jurkat cells
Brief Protocol:	Jurkat cells were fixed and permeabilized using cytoperm/cytofix kit followed by staining with either isotype or APC anti-human CD30 Antibody. After 30 min incubation, cells were washed and analysed by flow cyometry.
Results Summary:	Positive staining with APC anti-human CD30 Antibody indicates the specificity of this antibody.
