Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Frozen Human PBMCs -> TH2 cells
Brief Protocol:	Stim with PMA 12 hours. Add golgi block at 3 hours. Fix perm for 40 minutes on ice. IC stain at 1:50 dilution on ice in dark.
Results Summary:	Varies with Stim. ~30% TH2 cells.
Additional Notes:	The results of this antibody vary with the type of cells used, the stim chosen and the length of the stim.
