Successfully detects B cells in the mouse spleen with little background.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse spleen
Brief Protocol:	Extract mouse splenocytes Incubate with Fc block (1:50) for 5-10 min on ice. Add CD45R/B220 Brilliant Violet 605™ antibody directly onto the cells (1:100 final concentration). Incubate on ice for 20-30 min. Wash with FACS buffer 3x. Complete FACS analysis.
Results Summary:	Detects B cells in the mouse spleen with little background.
Additional Notes:	Staining B cells in mouse spleen to be used as a negative gate.
