Human IL-10 ELISA.

Experimental Design

Application:	IL10 levels as anti-inflammatory cytokine
Cells used:	Leukocyte cells and lymphocytes
Brief Protocol:	Incubate the plate with the Capture Antibody for 24h at 4 Celsius Degrees. The upcoming day wash it and block it with the Assay Diluent. Then add your samples in the plate together with the Standard dilutions and incubate for 2h, and after this process add the Detection Antibody. After 1h incubation with the Detection Antibody, wash out, and add the enzyme Avidin-HRP for 30 min. In the end add the TMB Solution and after the colour has developed add Stop Solution (an acid). Now you can read the plate in a Plate Reader with the correction wave (450/570 nm).
Results Summary:	IL10 production.
Additional Notes:	Take care because it needs more time to develop the color!
