Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of colon cells
Brief Protocol:	Colon was harvested from a mouse then digested using a Liberase-based digestion protocol to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with FcBlock, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The antibody stained epithelial cells very well.
