Great antibody for staining intracellular Granzyme in murine CD8 T cells ex vivo.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse CD8 T cell culture ex vivo
Brief Protocol:	Mouse CD8 T cells were activated with antigen-loaded DCs. Approximately 4 · 106 were used for the staining. Cells were incubated with surface antibodies and viability dye for 10 minutes, were then fixed with True nuclear Staining Kit for 30 min, intracellular staining with Granzyme B antibody (dilution 1:200) was performed for additional 30 min. Cells were washed once and were measured immediately.
Results Summary:	Great antibody to stain intracellular granzyme B in T cells ex vivo.
