Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	HMLE and NAMEC
Brief Protocol:	Stain cells in PBS+2% FBS with 1:100 of antibody, incubate on ice for 30 min in the dark. Wash and resuspend cells in PBS + 2% FBS and analyze
Results Summary:	CD24 is expressed on mammary epithelial cells, lost when cells undergo an EMT.
