Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	BALB/c splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	100ul of cells were stained with 1:100 antibody on ice for 30 min. Washed twice, then acquired cells on Fortessa.
Results Summary:	The positively stained cells are bright enough to gate on.
