Antibody is Difficult to Compensate When Using 9 Colors
Overall: Product Quality: Ease of Use:
This antibody poorly detected Foxp3.
Experimental Design

Application: Flow Cytometry
Cells used: Mouse T cells
Brief Protocol: Followed BioLegend's recommended dilution. It was incubated in eBioscience permeabilization buffer. I followed the fix/perm protocol from eBioscience.
Results Summary: For this experiment, I fixed and perm my cells. For compensation, I used eBioscience's beads. This antibody was a poor antibody to detect Foxp3.
Additional Notes: When I was acquiring my experimental sample, most of the events was not showing within the dot plot and had to recompensate and alter the PMT voltage. A few scattered events were displaying in the Foxp3 positive gate, however I question the validity of the results.

Technical Service Notes

If you would like to troubleshoot, please feel free to contact tech@biolegend.com. In general, we would suggest using True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer (424401)to detect FOXP3.
