Description

Dulbecco’s phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) is an isotonic, sterile and non-pyrogenic solution, useful to wash and dilute cells and water-soluble substances while keep the pH and osmolality in physiological ranges. DPBS is free of Ca2+ and Mg2+.

Preparation
0.2 µm sterile filtered.
Storage & Handling
Store at room temperature.
Recommended Usage

1X solution, ready to use.

Application Notes

Solution does not contain calcium or magnesium.
