Find the right solution with our extensive selection of fluorophore-conjugated epitope tag antibodies for the sensitive detection of tagged proteins. Choose from antibodies against commonly used epitope tags, including HA, DYKDDDDK (Flag Tag), 6x-His, c-Myc, and more. With fluorophore-conjugated epitope tag antibodies, you can use flow cytometry to identify or screen transfected cells or visualize the localization of a transfected protein by ICC or IHC.

BV421™ anti-DYKDDDDK Tag Antibody

Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-HA.11 Epitope Tag Antibody

DYKDDDDK tag-transfected cells were stained with anti-DYKDDDDK (clone L5) BV421™ (filled histogram) or rat IgG2a, κ BV421™ isotype control (open histogram). HA tagged CHO cells stained with Alexa Fluor® 488 Labeled Antibody, HA.11 at 1:1000. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).

Join us on October 9 for a webinar with Biocompare. Hear from Peter Smibert, Ph.D., of the New York Genome Center as he discusses CITE-seq technology and cell hashing in his webinar titled "Multimodal Techniques for High Content and High Throughput Cellular Phenotyping".
