Recommended Usage

Resin binding capacity is greater than 0.15 mg/mL (based on 28kD tagged protein). To elute, use TE, 0.7M NaCl, 30% propylene glycol.

Application Notes

This resin is also appropriate for use in identifying proteins associated with the recombinant protein tagged with Softag 1. Softag 1 is an immunoaffinity system appropriate for purifying tagged proteins from eukaryotic expression sources. The epitope (SLAELLNAGLGGS) is derived from a subunit of prokaryotic RNAP.
