Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single cell suspension of mouse lungs
Brief Protocol:	Lungs from anaesthetised naive mice were excised and digested in sterile Collagenase/DNase solution. After extensive washing, cells were resuspended in flow cytometry staining buffer and stained with PE-CF594 anti-CD3 and APC/Fire 750 anti-CD8a.
Results Summary:	~ 30% of total CD3+ cells were found to be positive for CD8.
