CD45 APC is a great marker for mouse WBCs.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry - Surface staining
Cells used:	Mouse peripheral blood
Brief Protocol:	100ul peripheral blood was ACK lysed, washed twice with FACS buffer (PBS w/2% FBS and 0.09% sodium azide), and stained for 20 minutes at room temperature with a 1:200 dilution of anti-CD45 APC. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	CD45 staining was excellent.
Additional Notes:	The mice in this experiment were transplanted with bone marrow from GFP+ donor mice, therefore a majority of WBCs are GFP+.
