Brief Protocol:	Coat 96 well plate with secondary antibody, wash, block, wash, add labeled antigen and specimen sample together, add, primary antibody, wash, add TMB substrate.
Results Summary:	1:20000 of tracer looked optimal. 1:40000 did not give enough signal. 1:5000 gave too much signal.
Additional Notes:	Now that this result has been established, the more important assays can be run, again, using the TMB substrate.
