Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Single cells from the mouse lung
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated and blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with Brilliant Violet 421™-conjugated CD8 antibody (1:120 in FACS buffer) for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Was able to differentiate CD8/CD4 lymphocytes in mouse lung.
