T cells in the Small Intestine are Clearly Distinguished with the Antibody
Overall: | Product Quality: | Ease of Use:
The antibody stains CD3ε+ cells in the small intestine well. |
Experimental Design |
Application: | Flow Cytometry |
Cells used: | Small intestinal cells |
Brief Protocol: | The small intestine was harvested then digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then separated using a 40/75% Percoll gradient, blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, then read on a flow cytometer. |
Results Summary: | T cells in the small intestine are clearly stained with the antibody. |
