Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry, FACS
Cells used:	Splenocytes, PECs
Brief Protocol:	Latently infected mice spleens or PECs are RBC lysed, Fc blocked, stained, and fixed for analysis. Used at a dilution of 1:1600.
Results Summary:	Great multifunctional antibody that we use mostly to identify B1 B Cells.
