Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	single-cell suspension of mouse small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol:	Small intestine was harvested from a mouse and digested using collagenase VIII to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The CD8+ T-cell population is clearly identified using this antibody.
Additional Notes:	Cells shown have been pre-gated on CD3.
