Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow cells
Brief Protocol:	The lineage negative cells were purified from total bone marrow and stained with Alexa Fluor 488-sca1(1:200) and APC-CD117 (1:200) and for 20 min at room temperature. After washing one time with PBS, the cells were analyzed with a flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	The signal is every strong and clear for positive cells distinct from negative cells.
