Cells used:	Primary lymphocytes
Brief Protocol:	Isolate primary lymphocytes and stimulate with ConA for 48 hours Collect supernatant of cell culture Detect IL-2 production in the supernatant with different dilutions following the manufacturer's protocol
Results Summary:	Activated lymphocytes produce a big amount of IL-2
Additional Notes:	With different dilutions of samples and standard IL-2, results showed very good linear correlations.
