Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytomery
Cells used:	Human monocytes activated by TLR agonists
Brief Protocol:	1. Human monocytes were purified by FACS (CD14+) or magnetic depletion. 2. Monocytes were Fc receptor blocked. 3. Stained with anti-CD319-PE or isotype control-PE. 4. Run on flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	Activated monocytes express CD319 within 24 hours.
Additional Notes:	CD319 antibody also acts as agonist antibody. Crosslinking with secondary antibody triggers signaling through CD319.
