Fairly clean staining for CD16 to differentiate monocytes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	human tumor infiltrate
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension was plated in 96-well plate at 2-4 million cells/ well. Antibody was added in proper flow buffer at 1:100 for 30 minutes in the dark at 4 degrees Celsius. Gates were set on CD45+, then HLADR+ CD3- CD56- CD19- in order to parse out myeloid cells. CD16 was then used to separate monocytes from non-monocytes, then differentiate further myeloid subsets.
Results Summary:	Worked well to separate monocytes out in myeloid compartment.
