Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of mesenteric lymph node cells
Brief Protocol:	Mesenteric lymph nodes were harvested from a mouse then mechanically disrupted to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with FcBlock, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	CD8a+ T-cells in the mesenteric lymph nodes were stained well with this antibody.
