This ELISA was straight forward, easy to use, and the standard worked perfectly.

Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA
Cells used:	Supernatents from T cells from various culturing methods
Brief Protocol:	Followed ELISA instructions as directed. Th9 T Cells were cultured in the presence of vitamin D or LCA for three days.
Results Summary:	Vitamin D treatment suppressed IL-9 production, while LCA promoted IL-9 production.
