Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Primary mouse leukemias
Brief Protocol:	Isolated cells in PBS+2% FBS are stained with 1:200 of the antibody, incubated for 30 min on ice in the dark. Cells are washed in PBS+2% FBS and analyzed
Results Summary:	Gr-1 is expressed on leukemic cells that have lost Myb function.
