Naturally occurring soluble receptors are generated by several mechanisms including proteolytic cleavage of surface-bound ectodomains, alternative splicing, and extracellular release of membrane-bound receptors from exosomes.  Once generated, soluble receptors can act as either agonists or antagonists and dysregulation of these signaling pathways are often associated with immunopathologies, certain malignancies, and n eurodegenerative disorders.  We offer a wide-range of bioactive, recombinant soluble receptors that have been constructed to encode only the extracellular domain of the protein.

Human OX40/TNFRSF4-Fc Chimera Mouse IL-17RA-Fc Chimera
Human OX40/TNFRSF4-Fc Chimera binds to immobilized human OX40L (1.0 µg/mL) with an EC50 of 20 - 80 ng/mL. HRP Protein A was used to detect binding. Mouse IL-17RA inhibits induction of IL-6 by recombinant IL-17A in fetal mouse skin fibroblasts with an ED50 of 0.02-0.12 ng/mL.
