Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor or AhR is a bHLH transcription factor that is activated by ligands such as TCDD. It is expressed in many immune cells and perform an important role in immune regulation. AhR is induced under TH17-polarizing conditions. In its inactive state, AhR presents in the cytoplasm, and upon ligand binding it translocates to the nucleus. Activation of AhR is tightly controlled by Ubiquitination, ligand metabolism, and complex disruption.Product Details
