Poly28644_PURE_Corin_Antibody_1_102319
Western blot of purified anti-Corin antibody (Poly28644). Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: 20 µg of human heart lysate; Lane 3: 20 µg of mouse heart lysate; Lane 4: 20 µg of rat heart lysate. The blot was incubated with 1.0 µg/mL of the primary antibody overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with HRP Donkey anti-rabbit IgG Antibody (Cat. No. 406401). Enhanced chemiluminescence was used as the detection system.

Description

Corin is a member of class II transmembrane serine proteases, which belong to trypsin superfamily. It may activate pro-atrial natriuretic peptide NPPA to regulate blood volume and pressure. It is involved in the cardiac conduction, myometrial relaxation and contraction, and reabsorption of sodium in kidney.
