Cells used:	Rhesus Macaque Tissue staining
Brief Protocol:	Tissue sections were: Fixed with 4% Formaldehyde for 10 min Washed in PBS Blocked in normal goat serum Stained with Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-human CD196 (CCR6) (1:200 dilution in PBS) and incubated for 1 hour at room temperature Washed in PBS Stained with nuclear dye (DAPI) Mounted
Results Summary:	CCR6 expression was robust and there was no background detected.
